The renter must be at least 18 years of age (21 for premium bikes) and possess a valid motorcycle driving license. A valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) must be submitted at the time of vehicle pickup. Original documents will be verified.
A refundable security deposit is required before renting. The deposit will be fully refunded upon returning the vehicle in its original condition. Any damages or traffic fines will be deducted from this deposit.
Vehicles are provided with a minimum amount of fuel and should be returned with the equivalent amount. We do not provide fuel-inclusive pricing. No refunds will be given for excess fuel left in the tank at the time of return.
Vehicles must be returned at or before the specified drop-off time. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. After that, late fees will be charged on an hourly basis. Rentals exceeding 5 hours late will be charged for an extra full day.
The renter is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the vehicle during the rental period. In the event of an accident, the renter must notify us immediately. Repair costs will be estimated by authorized service centers and deducted from the security deposit or billed additionally if exceeding the deposit amount.
A daily kilometer limit of 250 km applies. Off-roading, racing, or sub-leasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate cancellation without refund and a heavy penalty.
